Job Overview:
The Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, client communications, and general office upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for beauty and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups for studio services.

Maintain office organization, studio calendar, including inventory management and supply ordering.

Assist with social media updates, emails, and marketing initiatives.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation

Support event planning and coordination for studio workshops or promotions.

Keep the studio clean, welcoming, and ready for clients

Support the owner with processes and training materials

Assist with studio events as needed, checking guests and assisting consultants
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Google Suite, and social media platforms.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
-
Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications: Confident with creating and managing events on the WIX platform, Facebook, and Eventbrite.

I understand that by signing this membership form I am agreeing to:
1. Consultants are granted access to Studio Pink for the purpose of hosting sessions (skin care, color and sharing appointments). No large gatherings, workshops or sessions larger than 8 without preapproval from the Owner. The monthly fee is $30, payable monthly when you sign up.
2. Studio Access
Consultants will receive access to the studio during the agreed-upon hours. Extended or after-hours access must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
Studio access is non-transferable and limited to the consultant that is on this membership. No spouse or children or anyone else may use the studio in your place.
3. Usage Guidelines
The studio is to be used for professional purposes only, including client sessions, product demonstrations, and sharing appointments.
Consultants are expected to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the space. Any damages caused during use will be the responsibility of the consultant.
The use of Studio Pink branding is permitted only in conjunction with approved activities. Misrepresentation of affiliation or unauthorized branding use is prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for the fee is due on the first. Late payments will incur a fee of $10 after a 5 day grace period.
Payments are non-refundable unless the studio is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Studio Pink’s control.
5. Liability and Insurance
Studio Pink is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property occurring within the studio. This includes the Consultants' guests as well as the consultant.
Consultants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Pink, its owners, and staff against any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the space.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Consultants may cancel this membership agreement with 30 day written notice to studiopinkzeeland@gmail.com.
Studio Pink reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately in cases of misconduct, violation of terms, or failure to pay.
7. Facility Rules
Smoking, alcohol, red drinks and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume to avoid disruption to neighboring spaces.
Consultants are responsible for securing all personal items and ensuring the studio is locked when leaving. Please refer to the checklist (inside Studio Pink) before you leave, even if you are not the last one to leave for the day.
If your appointment cancels, it is your responsibility to cancel the booking on the Studio Pink calendar immediately.
If there is already a booking in the time slot that you want; please reach out to the other consultant.
8. Amendments
Studio Pink reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Consultants will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
9. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
All Grit -N Glow Consultants have the opportunity to purchase a Studio Membership to use the studio for their own client appointments.

Please know that this IS NOT a requirement, but a perk. We are planning on marketing this studio heavily in order to being in more foot traffic and give Star Consultants more opportunities to have leads and online bookings.

If you choose to not participate in the Studio Pink Membership, the training fee is $5 per session unless otherwise posted.
Why do only Star Consultants get the extra perks?

These consultants have invested in their business and have product on hand to service their clients that way that our Founder has recommended.
Note that only Star Consultants that participate in the Studio Pink Membership receive these perks:

Profile with professional headshot on the Studio Pink website.

Online booking option - the public that visits the Studio Pink website and wants to book an appointment may do so with star consultants and the owner only.

Extra marketing opportunities. QR codes and website will be listed on marketing promoting the studio. Therefore giving Star Consultants more visibility which could then turn into

If you are a Star Consultant the quarter before, you must be on target ($700 wholesale order) into the company by the 15th of the next month to remain on the Studio Pink website. For example; you were a Star Consultant in quarter 1 (June 16th - September 15th), you must be on target by October 15th. If you are not on target by October 16th, you will be removed from the Studio Pink website until you achieve Star Consultant status again.
How does this work?

If you are currently a Studio Pink Member, your status will change on this website within 7 business days and will remain while you hold Star Consultant status.

Star Consultants will receive an email confirming status upgrade.

Please note that all Star Consultants MUST have professional headshots for their online profile and their online booking picture. If we do not have a headshot on file, you will not have your profile added to the website. We will not send reminders other than the initial.

All Consultants must bring their own supplies for their appointments.

If you need a professional headshot done, please contact Alexa at Bloom & Zoom to set up an appointment. She charges $50/hour or your own photographer's photo will suffice.
